Status (29 April 2026): Türkiye has announced a 20-year personal income-tax exemption for foreign-source income for new tax-residents who were not Turkish tax-resident in the previous three calendar years. The proposal is currently in consultation; no final law has been published in the Resmi Gazete yet.
